UK investment app Stratiphy has launched an Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA) that allows retail investors to continue holding crypto exchange-traded notes after such products were barred from Stocks and Shares ISAs from April 6, 2026. Stratiphy said it is currently the only UK retail investment platform offering an IFISA for crypto ETNs, with the wrapper supporting the three products available on its platform. The company introduced the account on the first day of the new tax year after completing development work around account segregation, reporting and instrument classification. Founder Dan Gold said demand has been strong, although larger rivals remain cautious. Freetrade said it currently sees limited customer demand for IFISAs, while AJ Bell, Nutmeg, eToro and Lightyear have also indicated they do not plan to offer the wrapper.
