Shelton Funds Replaces Nasdaq-100 With Solactive Technology Index

Shelton Funds has renamed its Nasdaq-100 Index Fund to the Shelton 100-Index Fund, effective November 5, 2026, while replacing its underlying benchmark with the Solactive United States Technology 100 Capped C1 Index. Under the revised investment policy, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in stocks comprising the new index, replacing its previous commitment to track the Nasdaq-100 Index. The change marks a shift away from Nasdaq's flagship benchmark toward a Solactive alternative with a capped weighting methodology. The revised name and investment policy took effect immediately, although the supplement does not specify how the benchmark change will affect the fund's portfolio composition.
