Purpose Investments has launched the Purpose Active Equity Fund (PAEF), an actively managed ETF targeting long-term capital growth through a diversified portfolio of global equities. The fund combines active and passive investment strategies, using active management in less efficient markets where stock selection may add value and passive exposure in more efficient markets. PAEF employs tactical portfolio tilts based on market outlook, valuations, and risk assessments, while incorporating diversifying assets to help manage volatility. The launch marks the fourth addition to the Purpose Active Suite, joining the Conservative (PACF), Balanced (PABF), and Growth (PAGF) funds, which collectively managed more than C$714 million as of October 23, 2026. PAEF expands the lineup with a more equity-focused strategy positioned further along the risk-return spectrum.
