PGIM has filed for the PGIM U.S. Real Estate ETF (PREI), an actively managed strategy that will invest at least 80% of assets in equity-related securities of U.S. real estate companies. The portfolio may include REITs, common and preferred stocks, convertible securities, rights and warrants, with up to 20% available for other investments including foreign real estate companies. PGIM will use a value-oriented approach combining quantitative and qualitative research, focusing on property-level fundamentals, cash-flow quality, dividend sustainability, management strength and valuations relative to underlying real estate assets. The fund will concentrate at least 25% of assets in real estate-related industries.
