PGIM Delays Jennison Focused Value Fund's ETF Conversion to January 2027

PGIM has postponed the planned conversion of its PGIM Jennison Focused Value Fund into the PGIM Jennison Focused Value ETF, moving the expected completion date from November 13, 2026, to January 15, 2027. The reorganization will involve transferring the mutual fund into the ETF structure and subsequently liquidating the existing fund. Under the revised schedule, January 13, 2027, will be the final day for shareholders to purchase fund shares or exchange shares from another PGIM mutual fund. January 14 will be the deadline for redemptions, exchanges out of the fund, and ownership transfers. Certain accounts held directly with the fund's transfer agent that require liquidation or conversion into the PGIM Government Money Market Fund will be processed on January 7. The filing does not specify a reason for the delay.
