Global X has announced a 5-for-1 forward share split for the Global X NYSE 100 ETF (NYSX), effective after the close of business on October 29, 2026. Shareholders of record on that date will receive five shares for every one share held, with the fund's share price adjusted proportionally. The split will increase the number of outstanding shares without changing the aggregate value of investors' holdings, their proportional ownership, or voting rights. The number of shares per creation unit will also increase fivefold, from 10,000 to 50,000. The split is intended to adjust the ETF's per-share trading price without altering its underlying investment strategy or portfolio exposure. Shareholders will not need to take any action to receive the additional shares.
