Nest Egg Files Treasury ETF With Equity and Options Income Overlay

Nest Egg ETFs has filed for the NestYield Ultra-Short Enhanced Treasury Income ETF, an actively managed fund that will invest primarily in short-term U.S. Treasury bills while using limited equity and options exposure to enhance income and returns. The ETF expects to allocate roughly 90%–98% to Treasuries, up to 10% to individual U.S.-listed large-cap stocks selected using Nest Egg’s proprietary quality framework, and 0%–5% through options strategies. The options toolkit may include covered calls, protective puts, collars, spreads, straddles and iron condors, but not uncovered written options. The fund targets monthly income equal to 0.50%–1% of NAV while seeking capital preservation, some equity upside participation and protection against significant market declines.
