Morgan Stanley to Liquidate Calvert DEI ETF in November

Morgan Stanley Investment Management will liquidate the Calvert US Large-Cap Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Index ETF (CDEI), with the closure expected on or about November 2, 2026. The fund will stop accepting creation orders after the close on October 23, which is also expected to be its final full day of trading on NYSE Arca. Shareholders may sell shares through that date or remain invested and receive a liquidating distribution. Ahead of the closure, CDEI will transition its portfolio into cash and cash equivalents, meaning it may no longer follow its stated investment objective or strategy during the wind-down period. Trading is expected to halt after October 23, leaving remaining shareholders unable to sell on NYSE Arca before liquidation.
