ETF Architect has renamed the Towle Value ETF as the Towle Small-Cap Value ETF, effective September 30, 2026. The change is intended to better reflect the fund’s existing investment focus rather than signal a shift in strategy. Towle & Co. will remain sub-adviser, while Empowered Funds, doing business as ETF Architect, will continue as adviser. The fund’s investment objective, portfolio management team, ticker symbol TCV, CUSIP and NYSE Arca listing remain unchanged. Shareholders do not need to take any action as a result of the rebranding.
