Man Group Enters European ETF Market With Two Active UCITS ETFs (MATE, MGIN)

Man Group has launched its first two actively managed UCITS ETFs in Europe, expanding its ETF platform beyond the U.S. The Man Active Trend Enhanced UCITS ETF (MATE/MAET) combines global equity exposure referencing the MSCI World Index with a systematic trend-following strategy across global futures markets, aiming to capture equity upside while mitigating drawdowns. The Man Active Global Infrastructure UCITS ETF (MGIN/MGIM), managed by Al Chu, targets long-term capital growth through investments in publicly listed infrastructure companies worldwide. Both ETFs are listed on the London Stock Exchange in GBP and USD, as well as on Euronext Milan and Xetra in EUR. The launches build on Man Group's U.S. ETF expansion, which began in late 2025, and aim to bring institutional-grade investment strategies to European wealth investors through the UCITS ETF structure.
