LarrainVial Files for active Latin American Equity ETF

LarrainVial has filed for the LV Active Latin American Equity ETF (LVLA), an actively managed fund targeting 30–70 holdings with significant initial exposure expected in Brazil and Mexico. The fund would invest at least 80% of net assets in Latin American equities, including U.S.-listed ADRs. Sub-adviser LarrainVial US IA LLC would combine fundamental research with quantitative signals, including machine learning models, to identify quality companies, special situations, growth at reasonable valuations and opportunities tied to macroeconomic trends. The strategy would invest across company sizes, with portfolio adjustments generally reviewed weekly and the MSCI EM Latin America 10/40 Index serving as its benchmark.
