Jim Goldie Reappointed Chair of EFAMA’s ETF Task Force

Jim Goldie has been reappointed chair of EFAMA’s ETF Task Force for another two-year term, continuing a role he first took on in October 2024. Goldie moved from Invesco to Capital Group in February 2026, where he now serves as head of ETF capital markets for EMEA and APAC. The task force engages with policymakers and industry participants on issues including Europe’s transition to T+1 settlement, the Central Securities Depositary Regime and ESG naming standards. His reappointment comes as Capital Group prepares to enter the European ETF market, with four active strategies already approved by the Central Bank of Ireland and expected to launch in the coming months.
