UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
BlackRock’s iShares has launched the iShares £ Overnight Rate Swap UCITS ETF (SCSH) and iShares $ Overnight Rate Swap UCITS ETF (DCSH), giving investors exposure to SONIA and SOFR-linked returns through an ETF structure. The funds are designed for investors seeking efficient cash management solutions, offering exposure to prevailing overnight interest rates with zero duration. BlackRock said demand for overnight rate ETFs has grown rapidly as institutional and wealth investors look to optimize cash balances while benefiting from the liquidity, transparency and operational simplicity of ETFs. Both funds carry a 0.10% total expense ratio and expand iShares’ existing overnight rate swap ETF lineup.
