Intelligent Alpha Advances Four AI-Driven ETFs and Fund Rebranding

Intelligent Alpha filed updated registration documents on October 23 covering four proposed Intelligent Alpha ETFs and the repositioning of an existing fund. The proposed Intelligent Omaha ETF (AIWB), Intelligent Equal Select ETF (ALPA), Intelligent Tech Focus ETF (IA), and Intelligent Small Cap Select ETF (AISM) would expand the issuer's range of AI-assisted and systematic equity strategies. The existing Intelligent Livermore ETF would be renamed the Intelligent Alpha Atlas ETF (GPT). Intelligent Alpha is identified as sub-adviser, with Empowered Funds serving as investment adviser. The four proposed ETFs remain at the registration stage, while GPT represents a planned change to an operating fund rather than a new launch.
