Grayscale Enables Direct Crypto-to-ETF Share Transfers Across 10 Products

Grayscale has expanded in-kind subscriptions across 10 digital asset investment products, allowing eligible investors to contribute cryptocurrencies directly in exchange for fund shares without first converting holdings into cash. The offering covers the Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF (BTC), Ethereum Staking Mini ETF (ETH), Solana Staking ETF (GSOL), Avalanche Staking ETF (GAVA), Chainlink Trust ETF (GLNK), Dogecoin Trust ETF (GDOG), Hyperliquid Staking ETF (HYPG), Sui Staking ETF (GSUI), XRP Trust ETF (GXRP), and Zcash ETF (ZCSH). Minimum investments range from approximately $80,300 to $364,800. The structure allows investors to retain exposure through investment shares while potentially reducing self-custody risks and transaction costs. Eligible participants must arrange transfers through authorized participants or approved intermediaries.
