UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
Global X has launched the Global X Copper Miners ETF (3014/9014 HK), Hong Kong’s first ETF dedicated to global copper mining companies. Listed on September 15, the fund tracks the Solactive Copper Miners Index and holds up to 30 companies, with individual weights capped at 7%. Global X sees growing AI and data-center infrastructure as an additional driver of copper demand amid constrained supply. The ETF offers diversified equity exposure to miners positioned to benefit from higher demand and the value of existing copper production and reserves.
