UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
Global X has launched the actively managed Global X MLCC & Electronic Components ETF (MLCC), targeting manufacturers of multilayer ceramic capacitors and other key electronic components. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in relevant companies or derivatives, with a focus on South Korea, Japan and Taiwan. Guided by an Akros index of up to 15 companies, MLCC can deviate from the benchmark through active management and synthetic exposure. The ETF carries an expense ratio of 0.75%.
