Global X Canada has launched the Artificial Intelligence Memory Index ETF (DRAM) on the TSX, giving Canadian investors targeted exposure to companies involved in memory semiconductors and data storage. The fund tracks the Mirae Asset Artificial Intelligence Memory Index, covering businesses connected to technologies such as high-bandwidth memory, dynamic random-access memory, flash drives, solid-state drives and hard disk drives. Global X sees memory as an increasingly important part of AI infrastructure as larger models and expanding inference workloads require faster movement and storage of data.
