UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
Exchange Traded Concepts and Kiwoom Securities (USA) launched the KICK Korea Semiconductor Index ETF (KCHP), offering U.S. investors targeted exposure to 20 Korea-listed chip companies. Anchored by Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, the fund spans memory, foundry, equipment, materials, packaging and chip design, capturing AI and data-center growth across the supply chain. Its modified market-cap weighting limits single-stock concentration. KCHP trades on NYSE Arca, while its won-denominated holdings introduce currency risk for U.S. investors.
