UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
Direxion has launched six Defined Income Boost ETFs that aim to generate income by writing call options on high-volatility stocks: Direxion NVDA Defined Income Boost ETF (NVIB), Direxion TSLA Defined Income Boost ETF (TSIB), Direxion GOOGL Defined Income Boost ETF (GOIB), Direxion META Defined Income Boost ETF (MEIB), Direxion PLTR Defined Income Boost ETF (PLIB), and Direxion MU Defined Income Boost ETF (MUIB). The non-leveraged funds seek income from options premiums while maintaining exposure that more closely tracks their underlying stocks, with each ETF following a rules-based Cboe index.
