Bramshill Investments has filed to launch the Bramshill Power Income ETF (BPOW), an actively managed fund seeking to maximize total return through a tactical global fixed income strategy. The fund will initially target roughly equal allocations to corporate credit, securitized credit, and emerging market debt, with flexibility to adjust each sector's weighting between approximately 8% and 58% based on market conditions. Eligible investments include investment-grade and high-yield bonds, preferred securities, floating-rate loans, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and CLOs. The ETF may invest without limit in below-investment-grade or unrated debt. BPOW also intends to employ leverage through borrowing of up to 25% of total assets and may use derivatives, including options, futures, and swaps, to manage risks or enhance income and returns.
