Korea Exchange Opens Extended Trading, ETFs Remain Excluded
The Korea Exchange has launched its new after-hours market, extending real-time trading from 4 p.m.
BMO InvestorLine will introduce commission-free trading across all stocks and ETFs, becoming the first self-directed brokerage owned by one of Canada’s five largest banks to eliminate these trading commissions. BMO is also removing account administration fees and cutting options trading costs by eliminating commissions and reducing contract fees. The changes strengthen InvestorLine’s position against digital competitors such as Wealthsimple, highlighting growing fee pressure in Canada’s self-directed investing market.
