UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
BMO and REX Shares have launched six MicroSectors ETNs offering 3× long and -3× short daily exposure to Brazil, Japan and Taiwan equities. Trading on Cboe BZX begins August 20 under BRZL/BRZD, JPNU/JPND and TAWN/TPEI. The products track VettaFi indices tied to the iShares MSCI Brazil (EWZ), Japan (EWJ) and Taiwan (EWT) ETFs. Designed for sophisticated investors, the ETNs reset leverage daily, introducing compounding and decay risks over longer holding periods.
