iSharesUBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
BlackRock has launched the iShares Europe Infrastructure Builders UCITS ETF (BLDR), offering targeted exposure to companies benefiting from Europe’s long-term infrastructure renewal. The ETF tracks the STOXX Europe Infrastructure Builders Index, selecting companies that derive at least 50% of revenues from infrastructure-related activities across construction, electrification, industrial equipment, materials and logistics. BlackRock said the fund aims to capture growth from rising investment in energy networks and broader infrastructure projects, with EU electricity consumption projected to increase 60% by 2030, driving significant grid and capital spending across the region.
