ARK Files Neoclouds ETF Focused on AI Computing Infrastructure

ARK Investment Management has filed to launch the ARK Neoclouds ETF, targeting companies building specialized computing infrastructure for advanced artificial intelligence. The strategy will focus on businesses supplying AI computing capacity, data centers and power infrastructure for high-performance computing, aiming to capture investment tied to the expansion of frontier AI models. Unlike broader cloud-computing strategies, the fund will generally exclude diversified hyperscale cloud providers, emphasizing more specialized infrastructure businesses. The actively managed ETF expects to obtain significant exposure through total return swaps, with additional direct equity and potential private investments.
