Angel Oak has announced reverse stock splits for three of its fixed income ETFs, effective after market close on November 13, 2026, with split-adjusted trading beginning November 16. The Angel Oak Income ETF will undergo a 1-for-3 reverse split, the Angel Oak Mortgage-Backed Securities ETF a 1-for-7 split, and the Angel Oak High Yield Opportunities ETF a 1-for-5 split. The adjustments will proportionately reduce outstanding shares while increasing each fund’s net asset value per share, leaving shareholders’ overall investment value and ownership percentage unchanged. The splits will not affect fund holdings or performance. Fractional shares will be redeemed for cash, potentially triggering taxable gains or losses for affected investors.
