ANDRA has launched an issuer-sponsored platform designed to connect tokenized ETF activity with existing regulated market infrastructure. Built on the Canton Network, the platform allows ETF issuers, authorized participants and market makers to use digital wallets, programmable transfers and on-chain ownership while keeping activity aligned with official transfer-agent records. ANDRA says the model adds an on-chain layer to existing ETF operations rather than creating a separate structure. The launch follows ANDRA subsidiary Adaptable Network Designed for Regulated Assets LLC registering with the SEC as a transfer agent on September 4. The company has also formed an ETF industry working group focused on settlement, compliance, service-provider coordination and potential tokenized ETF pilot programs.
