Amplius Files Flexible Allocation ETF With 0%-100% Equity Range

Amplius Asset Management has filed for the Amplius Flexible Asset Allocation ETF, an actively managed fund that dynamically shifts between equities and fixed income. The strategy starts from a neutral 50/50 allocation but will typically hold 25% to 75% in equities, with flexibility to move as far as 0% or 100% in either sleeve during extreme conditions. Allocation decisions combine investment committee judgment with signals including valuations, interest rates, credit spreads, momentum, macroeconomic data and volatility. The equity sleeve will focus primarily on large-cap U.S. stocks, while using ETFs for small- and mid-cap, international and emerging-market exposure. The fixed income sleeve will mainly use Treasury and broad bond ETFs, with active duration management and limited high-yield exposure. The fund may also allocate modestly to real assets and downside-protection ETFs.
