Amplify ETFs launched the Amplify Top 10 Semiconductors ETF (CPU) on October 7, offering actively managed exposure to approximately 10 semiconductor companies. Sub-advised by Samsung Asset Management, the fund targets businesses across chip design, high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, automotive and industrial applications, alongside equipment, materials and foundry services. CPU uses the Bloomberg Top 10 Momentum Semiconductors Index as its reference index, with a focus on companies demonstrating leadership and momentum. The concentrated portfolio gives investors exposure to the semiconductor supply chain as demand for computing power drives investment in chips and manufacturing capacity. CPU joins Amplify’s Top 10 Quantum (XQBT), Space (XWNG), Robotics (ROBX) and Asia Memory (AHBM) ETFs, which launched on August 19.
