WisdomTree Updates Index Oversight for Three International Equity ETFs

WisdomTree has updated the index governance framework for three ETFs: WisdomTree Dynamic International Equity Fund (DDWM), WisdomTree Dynamic International SmallCap Equity Fund (DDLS), and WisdomTree True Emerging Markets Fund (XC). Effective October 16, 2026, for DDWM and DDLS, and October 28 for XC, the funds' underlying indexes will be overseen by the standing WisdomTree Global, International and EM Equity Index Committee. The committee will be responsible for index implementation, ongoing administration, constituent selection, and decisions regarding potential methodology changes or deviations. It will have discretion to select eligible constituents and make adjustments intended to preserve each index's investment objective. WisdomTree confirmed that the updates will not affect the funds' day-to-day management or total annual operating expenses.
