Touchstone plans to convert its Dynamic Large Cap Growth Fund from a mutual fund into a newly created ETF through a tax-free reorganization expected around January 22, 2027.
Winton Capital Management has filed for two actively managed ETFs centered on systematic managed futures. The Winton Managed Futures ETF will use leveraged long and short positions across global equities, commodities, currencies and fixed income, combining trend-following with quantitative strategies such as carry. The Winton US Equities & Managed Futures ETF adds broad U.S. large-cap exposure and initially targets a roughly 1:1 split between equities and managed futures. Both funds will rely largely on computer-driven signals, supplemented by portfolio-manager judgment, and may use futures, forwards and swaps. Commodity exposure may be accessed through Cayman subsidiaries capped at 25% of assets.
