Twin Oak and Enduring File Short-Duration Inflation Protection ETF

Twin Oak ETF Company and Enduring Investments have filed for the Inflation Protection ETF (CPI), an actively managed strategy combining short-duration fixed income with a dedicated inflation hedge. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of assets in fixed income instruments, including Treasuries, government securities, investment-grade corporate debt, cash and the Twin Oak Short Horizon Absolute Return ETF, while targeting portfolio duration below one year. Inflation exposure will be managed separately through instruments linked to CPI-U, including inflation swaps, CPI options, futures and TIPS. The hedge can be increased or reduced based on Enduring Investments’ inflation outlook versus market expectations, and its notional exposure may exceed the fund’s net assets. The structure is designed to provide inflation sensitivity without relying primarily on long-duration inflation-linked bonds.
