Tuttle Capital Launches ETF (DLAY) Targeting Critical AI Supply Chain Bottlenecks

Tuttle Capital Management has launched the Tuttle Capital AI Bottleneck ETF (DLAY), an actively managed fund targeting companies that control critical supply chain bottlenecks supporting the global artificial intelligence infrastructure buildout. The ETF invests at least 80% of its assets in companies operating across nine AI-related industries, including advanced semiconductors, memory and storage, power grids, nuclear fuel, data center cooling, and connectivity infrastructure. DLAY identifies companies with concentrated supply, extended backlogs, or limited product substitutability, using a proprietary scoring system to assess their strategic importance. Holdings are weighted according to market capitalization, exposure to AI infrastructure, and bottleneck characteristics. The fund can invest globally, including emerging markets, and may use derivatives to manage exposure.
