Schroders Expands Active ETF Range With Two Fixed Income Funds

Schroders has expanded its $4.3bn active ETF platform with two fixed income launches on the London Stock Exchange. The Schroder CoCo Financial Credit Active UCITS ETF (SAT1) invests at least two-thirds of assets in contingent convertible bonds issued by global financial institutions, targeting US dollar, euro and sterling securities. It charges 45 bps. The Schroder USD Investment Grade Corporate Bond Active UCITS ETF (SUIG) allocates at least two-thirds of assets to US dollar-denominated fixed and floating-rate securities from global companies and charges 25 bps. The launches follow Schroders’ earlier active ETF expansion and mark another step in building out its fixed income range. BlackRock launched Europe’s first active AT1 ETF in January.
