Ninepoint Partners plans to replace variable operating expenses with fixed administration fees across certain funds, subject to securityholder approval. It also proposes lower management fees for four ETF series: Ninepoint Diversified Bond Fund (NBND) would fall from 0.75% to 0.65%, while Ninepoint Energy Fund (NNRG, NNRG.U), Energy Income Fund (NRGI), and Gold and Precious Minerals Fund (GLDE) would each fall from 1.50% to 1.35%. The fixed fee is intended to make expenses more predictable, but investors’ total management expense ratios would still include other costs and taxes. Securityholder votes are expected around November 19, with approved changes targeted for January 1, 2027.
