First Trust Launches Two Nasdaq-100 Buffer ETFs
First Trust has launched two FT Vest ETFs offering structured exposure to the Nasdaq-100 through QQQ.
Main Management launched the Main Active Rotation ETF (SECA) on Cboe BZX, its fifth ETF and first launched through a Section 351 exchange, allowing eligible investors to contribute appreciated securities on a tax-deferred basis. SECA actively rotates among sector ETFs and individual equities using valuation, macroeconomic and market analysis over a 6–18 month horizon. The fund can also employ covered calls and cash-secured puts to generate income and manage volatility. Its flexible mandate spans global securities and allows up to 15% of assets to be invested directly in SEC-registered bitcoin ETFs.
