Logan Capital has launched the Logan Capital International ETF (LCIV), bringing its International Dividend strategy to an ETF wrapper. The actively managed fund invests primarily in non-U.S. equities, including ADRs and ordinary shares, with a focus on developed markets. LCIV uses a bottom-up, high-conviction approach centered on dividend-paying companies with attractive valuations, strong balance sheets, consistent free cash flow and sustainable capital allocation policies. The strategy is positioned as a large-cap growth portfolio with a somewhat aggressive tilt, while maintaining diversification across countries and sectors. Logan Capital emphasizes company-level fundamentals over short-term macro forecasts and intends to hold investments for longer periods, resulting in a relatively low-turnover approach. The portfolio targets established international companies combining quality, valuation, income potential and durable competitive advantages.
