GraniteShares Files for ETF Targeting Fast-Growing, Unprofitable Companies

GraniteShares has filed to launch the GraniteShares Cash-Burn Growth ETF, an actively managed fund targeting companies with strong revenue growth despite reporting losses or negative free cash flow. Eligible companies must have recorded negative net income or free cash flow over their latest four fiscal quarters while achieving revenue growth of at least 20% year-over-year. The fund will exclude companies with going-concern warnings or insufficient liquidity to fund operations for the next 12 months. Holdings will be rebalanced at least quarterly using modified market-cap weights capped at 10% per company. Companies achieving sustained profitability or positive free cash flow, or whose revenue growth falls below 20%, will generally be removed following the applicable rebalance process. The fund expects significant exposure to technology and healthcare, with over 25% allocated to information technology industries. Minimum revenue, market-cap and trading-volume thresholds remain unspecified.
