Dearborn Files Multi-Asset Income ETF Combining Options and Trend Strategies

Dearborn Capital Management has filed to launch the Grant Park Core Income ETF, an actively managed fund seeking current income and long-term growth through exposure to global equities, fixed income, commodities and real estate. The strategy combines direct securities investments, ETFs and derivatives, including futures, forwards, swaps and options. An options overlay will seek to generate monthly income through net premiums from buying and selling calls and puts. Sub-adviser Richmond Quantitative Advisors will manage global allocations using proprietary trend and momentum models to identify opportunities across asset classes and adjust positioning as market conditions change. The fund may also employ hedging and short selling, invest across developed and emerging markets, and allocate up to 25% of its assets to a subsidiary primarily used for commodity exposure.
