ChinaAMC (HK) has launched three ETFs developed with Sun Life Asset Management (HK) as an adviser, with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listings scheduled for September 30. The FTSE Hong Kong High Dividend ETF tracks 50 stocks screened for dividend continuity, payout ratios, profitability and lower volatility. Holdings are capped at 5%, and its distribution classes target monthly payments, which are not guaranteed and may come from capital. The FTSE Hong Kong Growth ETF holds 50 companies selected for earnings growth, profitability and cash generation across multiple sectors, with a 9% cap per stock. The HK-US HALO ETF tracks 30 Hong Kong and 30 U.S. companies with substantial physical assets and relatively low obsolescence risk. It targets a 62% Hong Kong allocation and considers cash-flow stability and reinvestment in its selection process.
