BondBloxx Files AI Infrastructure Debt ETF With Macquarie as Sub-Adviser

BondBloxx has filed to launch the BondBloxx AI Infrastructure Debt ETF, an actively managed ETF focused on debt issued by artificial intelligence infrastructure companies. Macquarie Asset Management Credit Advisers US will serve as sub-adviser. The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in U.S. dollar-denominated high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, investment-grade bonds, asset-backed securities and other debt instruments tied to AI infrastructure. Eligible issuers include data center operators, hyperscalers, AI cloud providers, power and energy infrastructure companies, semiconductor manufacturers, digital connectivity providers and supporting software and construction businesses. The fund may invest across all credit qualities, including below-investment-grade debt, and allocate up to 20% to non-U.S. dollar-denominated instruments and securities of non-U.S. issuers. Macquarie will combine macroeconomic analysis with fundamental credit research to manage the non-diversified portfolio.
