BMO Files for Five Fixed-Income and Income-Focused ETFs

BMO Asset Management has filed for five ETFs spanning global bonds, securitized credit and income-oriented strategies. The BMO Fixed Income ETF (ZFIX CN) will invest primarily in underlying bond funds, while the BMO Income ETF (ZINC CN) will target an 80% fixed-income and 20% equity allocation. Both carry management fees of 0.15%. The BMO European Securitized Credit ETF (ZESC CN) and BMO Global Securitized Credit Hedged to CAD ETF (ZGSC CN) will provide exposure to CLOs and other asset-backed securities, each charging 0.45%. ZESC will offer both hedged and unhedged units. The BMO Global Short-Term Discount Bond Hedged to CAD ETF (ZGDB CN) will target investment-grade corporate bonds with one- to three-year maturities trading near or below par, with a 0.18% management fee.
