Avos Capital Management Files for Actively Managed Global Equity ETF

Avos Capital Management has filed for the Avos Global ETF, an actively managed fund seeking investment opportunities across developed and emerging equity markets. The fund will invest in individual stocks, depositary receipts, REITs and country-focused ETFs, with at least 30% of assets allocated to foreign securities and exposure to at least three countries. Its investment strategy combines long-term valuation metrics with shorter-term market dynamics to identify attractive markets and companies. The investment process begins by excluding expensive or illiquid markets before assessing country-level returns, diversification, currency exposure and geopolitical conditions. Portfolio allocations will be adjusted dynamically based on relative valuations and macroeconomic factors, with no fixed regional or sector weights. The fund will be classified as non-diversified, allowing larger positions in individual issuers.
